- What does the re-roof estimate process entail?
Before your appointment, one of our knowledgeable estimators will go to your house to take detailed measurements of the roof and make a thorough evaluation. At the appointment time our office has coordinated with you, the estimator will share with you his recommendations and a written proposal. Types of shingles, warranties, colors, and work schedule may all be discussed with him at this time.
- Do I have to be there for the appointment?
We prefer face-to-face interaction so that our estimators may answer all your questions immediately, but we can also send the estimate via mail, e-mail or fax.
- How long does the appointment last?
Appointment duration varies based on customer needs.
- Why can't I get an estimate over the phone?
In order to get you detailed estimate our estimators need time to measure and present you with all the options.
- After signing proposal, when will my re-roof be scheduled?
Re-roof schedule varies based on backlog. However, we try to schedule as soon as possible and work with you to establish a convenient time.
- Does your company do repair work?
Absolutely, you can call our office 904-396-4642 and give us a description of your problem and some other pertinent information and we will set up a time to go to your property and inspect the area.
- What happens if I do need the repair?
After our Operations Manager inspects the problem, he will write up an estimate of the work to be done and the cost. It can be sent through the mail, faxed or emailed to you. Once you review it , if you accept, you can either sign it and send it to our office or email your acceptance. We will then schedule it.
- How long is the time between estimate and scheduling for repairs?
Depending on our workload, we may be able to schedule your repair within a few days or up to a week.
- How do I pay for the repair?
We accept both Mastercard and Visa as well as checks and of course, cash! You may call the office and give the credit card information, and you will receive an invoice with the payment showing. Full payment needs to be made at completion of the work.
- What about a reroof payment?
Special payment options for our clients are available through our affiliate, GAF-Elk in the
Smart Money program. Our estimators will be happy to give you all the information. We also accept checks and cash. We will work with your credit cards, however, you would need to call the office for details. Full payment needs to be made at completion of the work.
